Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Las Vegas police said a woman is suspected of shooting a local man to death over a game, and she is still on the run.
Police told Action News she is considered armed and dangerous and they need the public's help in getting her locked up.
The victim's family said his first name is Christopher, a 24-year-old who leaves behind a little boy. With tears in her eyes, cousin Uronda Mills said, "I miss him and I love him. He's going to always be in our memories. We miss him so much."
The victim was shot to death on Wednesday afternoon near Lake Mead Boulevard and Nellis Boulevard.
Police said 21-year-old Anishya Douglas came to the apartment and shot the victim over a fight that she and the victim had gotten into the day before. Police said the fight had turned physical, and it was over a game of dice and some money.
On Thursday afternoon, the neighborhood was quiet. Ismel Flores lives nearby with his three little kids, "We're afraid. We're afraid for the families."
If you have any information about Douglas' whereabouts, call Crime Stoppers at (702) 385-5555.
