Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Many travelers are still stuck at McCarran International Airport, and they're frustrated, especially since they have more waiting to do.
Many visitors just wanted a nice trip to Las Vegas for the International CES, but instead they got delays, cancellations and headaches.
Michael Golob arrived from New York City later than scheduled, but he's luckier than his fellow CES companions, "Flights behind us coming here were canceled, so some traveling with me didn't make it."
The delays also impacted the limo companies, when CES visitors showed up late or not at all.
Companies faced backups and cancellations as the day went on. One driver waited more than two hours for his passengers from Florida.
CES isn't the only convention being impacted in Las Vegas.
"We work for Hilti and Hilti had 2,500 people here, and out of those, 170 had flights canceled and had to be rescheduled," said two men here for the Hilti Convention.
For one man visiting from Chicago, his frustration has continued to grow. His flight has been canceled twice since Sunday morning, and now he can't leave until Wednesday.
For frustrated travelers, some airlines are offering refunds and waiving fees to customers at a number of airports around the country.
