Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Attorney Randolph Goldberg will never again be allowed to practice law in the court where he made millions representing bankrupt clients.
In late 2012, Goldberg was found guilty of forgery and fraud for duping clients who asked him for help.
He's currently serving a two year sentence in federal prison for tax evasion.
Before going to prison, Goldberg surrendered his law license for two years.
Chief Judge Gloria Navarro has ordered Goldberg be disbarred from practicing law in the U.S. District Court for Nevada.
