(KTNV) -- Doctor Conrad Murray could be a free man as early as Monday morning.
Murray was convicted in the 2009 involuntary manslaughter of pop superstar Michael Jackson.
He's served two years of a four year sentence and is getting out because of good behavior.
Murray had a home and a medical practice here in Las Vegas.
His medical license is currently suspended.
No word on what he plans to do after his release.
