Randolph Goldberg pleads guilty in federal court to tax evasion
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Well-known Las Vegas bankruptcy attorney Randolph Goldberg has pleaded guilty in federal court to tax evasion.
According to the Department of Justice, Goldberg was filing tax returns that showed his taxable income was much lower than it actually was for 2008.
They also said he tried to hide proceeds from his law firm by directly depositing them in a personal bank account and into another corporation's account, separate from his firm.
Goldberg is scheduled to be sentenced near the end of May.
