Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A family is still looking for answers about their loved one who died following an ambulance crash.

63-year-old Dorothy Anita Gray's daughter says that he mother was having a seizure when the ambulance that was carrying her was hit by a pickup in northwest Las Vegas.

The family wants to know if she died because of medical complications or from injuries suffered during the crash.

Teri White, Gray's daughter, thought that she and Gray's five grandchildren would have closure by now but it has been six weeks since Gray's death and there is still no answer.

White was driving behind the ambulance that was rushing her mother to the hospital on Sept.4 when the accident happened.

She saw the pickup slam into the ambulance at the intersection of West Craig Road and North Decatur Boulevard.

White says that she believes her mother died from injuries caused by the crash.

Gray was pronounced dead at the hospital. The driver of the truck and the emergency personnel that were in the ambulance with Gray all survived.

Action News has also requested copies of any reports from both the police and the Clark County coroner's office.
