Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A magnet school principal, accused of inappropriate behavior with another school district employee, has been removed from his post.

The alleged incidents involve the Northwest Career & Technical Academy near Durango and US 95, and it's principal, Frank Pesce III.

CCSD spokeswoman Amanda Fulkerson gave Action News the following statement:

"When CCSD learns of inappropriate relationships in the work place, the district acts swiftly to investigate the matter. The district does not tolerate inappropriate behavior from those employed by CCSD."

"CCSD received no formal complaint that lewd acts were seen by students, nor have we received any complaints that sexual favors were requested in exchange for promotions or positive evaluations."

"District Regulation prohibits disclosure of personnel information which is deemed confidential in accordance with the law."

Action News has tried to contact Mr. Pesce for comment. He has not returned our phone calls or e-mails. There is no word yet on whether he or the other employee allegedly involved in inappropriate behavior will remain employed by the Clark County School District.

Keep it tuned to Action News.
