Taylor Swift had the best style in 2013. The singer topped Glamour magazine's "Do" list for her fashion, hair and makeup. Glamour called the 24-year-old the "next generation of style icon," praising her for trading in her "boing-y curls and matchy cardigan-dress sets for (Brigitte) Bardot waves and metallic minis." Taylor was also honored on Glamour's list of "Six Sexiest Cat-Eye Makeup Moments of 2013," taking fourth place. The list is featured in the January issue.

The Eli Young Band has been celebrating another No. 1 with their song "Drunk Last Night." It's a good thing fans are into their music. "There really was no Plan B for us," says James Young. "We just started in college and started hoping, wishing, praying that we’d be able to make music for the rest of our lives and so far so good."
Someone is keeping track of Luke Bryan's posts online and it's all his fault. Luke bought his mom an iPad not long ago, which he says has turned into a vehicle for her to snoop on him. "She gets the Google Alerts, if I say a cuss word on Twitter, she calls me saying that I shouldn't be saying that." She isn't the only one keeping track of him, however. "She’s got a little support group of 60-year-old ladies ... " he says. "They all have their little iPads, down there smoking and drinking and surfing the web."”
Garth Brooks' box set "Blame It All on My Roots" has been flying off Walmart shelves and remains No. 1 on the country album chart. Garth feels the box set is selling well because it's affordable, thanks to his partnership with the retailer, and the fact that it's not available for digital download hasn't stopped sales. Right now, Garth has no deal with a digital outlet, such as iTunes. "I’ll never have a digital partner in iTunes as long as they keep the same rules they have now," he says.
Garth tour update:
The superstar entertainer says there are about seven cities on board right now for the world tour, but more will be announced in 2014.
