Before country duo Florida Georgia Line's recent tour stop in Nashville, they took time out to present a check for $10,000 to MusiCares, an organization that helps provide medical and financial assistance to music community members in need.
"We first learned about the program when we visited the offices of the Recording Academy in L.A. and were completely blown away by what the organization does to help support our music community," says Brian Kelley. "We couldn't think of a better way to show our support."
"This year has been full of amazing blessings for us and we are so thankful to be able to give back and show our gratitude," adds Tyler Hubbard.
On Nov. 25, the CMA-nominated duo's "Here's to the Good Times ... This Is How We Roll," will be released. It's the deluxe CD/DVD version of their chart-topping debut, which produced three consecutive, multi-week No. 1 hits in the U.S. and Canada, the gold-certified "Round Here," platinum-certified "Get Your Shine On" and multi-platinum "Cruise."
The set also features the current Top 20 hit, "Stay." Five new songs, including "Cruise (Remix)" featuring Nelly, and a look at the making of the album, will be part of the package, as well as all the official music videos (with behind-the-scenes footage) for all of those tracks, plus the original version of "Cruise." Also being unveiled is the unreleased video for "It’z Just What We Do." The duo's tour boss on the Dirt Road Diaries trek, Luke Bryan, is a co-writer on the album's title cut, "This Is How We Roll," and will be featured on the track.
