National Down Syndrome Society
Down syndrome affects individuals here in Omaha and all across the planet. World Down Syndrome Day was established in 2006 with the goal of raising awareness and mobilizing support and recognition of the dignity, rights and well-being of people with Down syndrome across the world!
This year is especially significant since it will be the first year that the day will be officially observed by the United Nations! Help us join the National Down Syndrome Society for this global celebration and lean more about Down Syndrome as we welcome Mary Mc Hale, of the Down Syndrome Alliance of the Midlands, and her son, Daniel, on the show!
