Omaha, NE - The Omaha Police Department has released the criminal record information of three brothers: Octavius, Juaquez and Demetrius Johnson.

Police arrested the three men on March 21st while responding to a parking complaint.

A neighbor shot cell phone video of the incident. That video has gone viral after the family and others have said police used excessive force when arresting Octavius Johnson. Officers then followed Juaquez Johnson into the family's home. The family says the officers were trying to get Juaquez's camera because he was taking pictures of the incident.

According to past arrest records, Octavius Johnson has served time for such charges as disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He also served time for theft.

The criminal history report for Juaquez Johnson dates back to 2007. Police arrested him four previous times for disorderly conduct. He has served jail time for that charge.

Police also arrested their brother Demetrius Johnson on Thursday. They arrested him for obstructing officers.

Omahans for Justice Alliance has called on a federal investigation into the incident.

The Omaha Police Department is currently investigating it.
