Omaha, NE - At least fifty people turned out at Omaha Police Headquarters Sunday afternoon to demonstrate.  The protestors are angry about an incident that occurred near 33rd and Seward on Thursday evening.

A neighbor shot video on his cell phone of a police officer tackling a man after a parking complaint. The officer can also be seen, on the video, striking the suspect, Octavious Johnson.  Other officers rushed into a house after Johnson's brother, Jaquez, began recording the incident on his cell phone.  He can be heard yelling at the officer, "get your knee off his neck."

Police arrested both Johnsons on Thursday and a third relative. The Johnsons claim police used excessive force.  Omaha Police Chief Todd Schmaderer has promised a thorough investigation.

Today, the demonstrators rallied outside Police Headquarters near 15th and Jackson, then went inside the building, chanting " no justice, no peace. "  Among them, Robert Wagner, a man whose rough arrest was caught on tape last year.  In addition, the mother of the three brothers arrested this past Thursday, Sharee Johnson, obtained and filled out a citizen's complaint form.

No one from the Police Department addressed the demonstrators today.  The protesters eventually disbursed.

Action 3 News reporter Justin Pazera shot some video of the rally with his cell phone.
