Boise State coaches embark on "Bronco Blitz" - will visit 130 Idaho schools
The state of Idaho produced eight FBS football players in the class of 2014, but just two of them signed letters of intent with Boise State. Broncos head coach Bryan Harsin does not intend to let that happen again.
Boise State has announced a mission aiming to retain in-state talent, called the "Bronco Blitz." Over the next four days, BSU's football coaches will visit all 130 football-playing schools in Idaho, using social media along the way to promote the program's message.
All nine assistants will be on the road, although Harsin himself will stay in Boise because of NCAA recruiting rules.
