UPDATE: Senior Airman Sandy Bojo, 25, of Meridian, Idaho, is survived by his wife Sabrina Bojo and daughter Sofija Bojo, as well as his father and mother, Ivo and Sakiba Bojo. The cause of death has been ruled a suicide.

Bojo served as a Theater Deployment Communication Technician. The 726th ACS, also known as the Hardrock, is a tenant unit at Mountain Home Air Force Base and is assigned to the 552nd Air Control Wing located at Tinker Air Force Base, Okla.

"Senior Airman Bojo was a hard-working, positive member of the Hardrock family and he will be sorely missed," said Lt. Col. Shayne Yorton, Commander of the 726th ACS.

An Airman from Mountain Home Air Force Base was found dead in Boise Tuesday.

"We lost a valued member of the Gunfighter family," said Col. Chris Short, 366th Fighter Wing commander. "This is a tragic event and our hearts go out to his family, friends and coworkers during this difficult time.”

The Boise Police Department is investigating the death.

According to Department spokesman Charles McClure, “Boise Police officers responded to a call of a deceased person in a car at the parking lot on the 6800 block of South Eisenman Road yesterday, July 23rd at approximately 5:00 p.m. Officers and emergency responders found a deceased male inside the car.”

This is the second military member whose body was found this week.

The Ada County Coroner’s Office Tuesday tentatively confirmed the body of Private First Class Erik L. Jorgensen of the Idaho National Guard was discovered Monday in the desert south of Boise, at the Idaho National Guard’s Orchard Combat Training Center.

The Coroner said Jorgensen died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
