“Bobblehead mania” continues as the fourth and final Boise State bobblehead, Buster Bronco, will be released on Friday November 8th. The Buster Bronco bobblehead will go on sale starting at 6 a.m. at all Treasure Valley Jacksons Food Stores.
Buster and the BSU cheerleaders will be at Jacksons at 2002 Broadway Ave. in Boise starting at 6 a.m. for approximately one hour, to sign bobbleheads and take pictures with fans.
Buster Bronco is the last bobblehead for sale this year, following the releases of Jamar Taylor, Shea McClellin and DJ Harper. The price for a Bobblehead is $7 with the purchase of any two 20 oz. Coca-Cola products.
Jacksons first launched the bobblehead promotion seven years ago in 2006.
In 2007 there was plenty ofexcitement for bobbleheads after the upset against Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl.
The excitement continued to grow and in 2011 Jacksons quickly sold out of the Buster Bronco bobblehead.
Last year, the bobblehead promotion hit a “fever pitch” due to the combination of a great Boise State football season and a line-up featuring the top graduating class of seniors.
This year the bobblehead promotion is now at four schools. Jacksons has produced a record total of 37,500 bobbleheads this year.
The bobbleheads are only available at Jacksons Food Stores. More information, visit bobbleheads.jacksons.com.
