Duo arrested for meth possession over weekend after littering
Boise Police have arrested two people for meth possession and outstanding warrants after a citizen complaint of littering.
A caller reported to police on August 17th of suspicious activity on the 7000 block of West Ustick Road and said two people were seen throwing trash around a park.
Officers found Robert Mars and Crystal Fraser at the scene and discovered that Marrs had an outstanding warrant for aggravated assault. Crystal was found to have an outstanding felony warrant as well.
A police dog detected drugs and officers found meth, syringes, spoons and other paraphernalia.
The two were arrested for warrant violations, possession of meth, and providing false information to an officer.
