UPDATE: According to the Kennewick Police Department, the suspect, Edwardo Flores Rosales, has been found in Mexico.  More updates as Idaho On Your Side receives them.

The Kennewick Police Department has issued an Amber Alert for Elizabeth Romero, a 14-year-old resident of Kennewick, Washington.

Romero was last seen on December 4th at 2:30 p.m. entering an early 2000's model Ford Escape belonging to Edwardo Flores Rosales, 19, at 1800 W. 7th Avenue in Kennewick.

Romero's family believes that Rosales is en route to Mexico with her.

Elizabeth Romero is 14 years old, Hispanic, with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5'3" tall and about 130 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white top, dark pants, a backpack and carrying a pink purse.

Edwardo Flores Rosales is 19 years old, Hispanic, with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5'9" and about 225 pounds.

The vehicle driven by Rosales is a dark green Ford Escape, early 2000's model, with a temporary license plate.
