TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - The Pima County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in solving an armed robbery at a Tucson convenience store.
On February 27, 2011, at approximately 12:30 a.m., four male suspects entered the Quikmart at 4280 E. Benson Highway. One of the suspects went directly to the counter and pointed a black automatic handgun at the clerk. The three other suspects went directly to the beer cooler and took an undisclosed amount of beer. The suspects carrying the cases of beer then exited the store and the suspect with the handgun followed. No associated vehicle was seen leaving the parking lot.
The suspects were described as Hispanic males, approximately 18-20 years old, about 5'0" - 5'6" tall and weighing between 120 - 135 pounds. Their pictures can be seen on the surveillance footage to the left of the page.
Anyone with information regarding the robbery or possible identity of the suspects is asked to contact 911 or 88-CRIME.
