WILLCOX, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) - Deputies are looking for a man who assaulted a woman after she came home during a burglary.

Carol Capas with the Cochise County Sheriff's Office tells KGUN9 that deputies were called to a home 25 miles south of Willcox Monday after a 911 caller said his girlfriend screamed on the phone before it went dead.

Deputies arrived at the home and found a 34-year-old woman lying on the floor in the living room. The woman told deputies she came home and saw a red Dodge truck backed up to the door of the home.

She told deputies she was on the phone with her boyfriend and when she entered the home, she saw a man take a flat screen TV off the wall. When the man saw her, he threw the TV at her before jumping her and knocking her to the ground.

He then physically assaulted her before leaving the home. She was taken to a hospital to be treated for her injuries.

The suspect was described as a white male in his 40s, between 5'10'' and 6'0'' tall with a stocky build. He was wearing a black tank top and jeans. He also has brown and gray hair.

He was driving a red, faded, newer model Dodge truck with a distinctive rear bumper accessory that showed bull testicles.

Anyone with information about his identity or location is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at 520-432-9500. All information received will remain confidential.
