TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Pima County Sheriff's Deputies arrested two teenage boys for reportedly conspiring to kill an 18-year-old woman.
Kevin Pettitt, 17, who supposedly had a 1-year-old child with the woman, was upset with her over money and custody issues.
Pettitt conspired with Wyatt Bowman, 17, to lure her into the desert, shoot her, remove her teeth and burn her so she could not be identified, Deputy Tracy Suitt said.
Pettit offered Bowman an unknown amount of money for his help, according to Suitt.
Officials booked both teenagers into the Pima County Detention Center on one count each of conspiracy to commit murder.
