TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - At Canyon Del Oro High School, he is practically a celebrity.

When Nine On Your Side asked Kevin, a senior at C.D.O., if he has a lot of friends, he responded, "Yes, I do."

Those friends told us Kevin is known for his contagious attitude.

"Every time I saw him," one friend said, "he had a smile on his face, and it just put a smile on my face and just brightened my day."

They said he is also known for his unparalleled dancing abilities.

"If you sit with Kevin," another friend said, "you're not only going to have a great conversation, but he's probably going to make you dance as well."
But Kevin told us, he has bigger plans.
"I wanna be king," he said.
And when his friend Niki got word, she wanted to help.
"It would be amazing if he could be king," Niki told us. "We just didn't know how to get it out there."
So, forget the markers and the poster boards, this is the digital age!
They took their campaign for King Kevin right into the Twitterverse, and you can see the magic for yourself.
If you search the hash tag "Kevinforhomecoming2013" on Twitter, you'll see tons of messages, under 140 characters of course, from friends a parents hoping to tweet him to the top.
"It really symbolizes that at C.D.O., we work together to make something great happen," Kevin's friend said.
He told us he is ready for tomorrow night, all while knowing, he has lots of people online and by his side rooting him on.
