TUCSON (KGUN9-TV)-- For kids, a trip to a theme park or the zoo can be filled with sights and sounds that must be explored. However, for parents it can be a constant worry about the safety of their children. A mom taking her own children on a trip to Disney World came up with a creative solution by inventing a safety tattoo.
It's a temporary tattoo that parents can write their contact information on. If a family gets separated, a child can to show their tattoo to someone in charge. The safety tats don't stop with phone numbers, there are also tattoos for allergies. So if your child is headed to a camp, or even a new school, the tattoo can help prevent accidental exposures. The tattoos are available online and in about 200 stores nationwide. A six pack starts at about $11 dollars, and they last up to a week.
