TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - A 26-year-old man has been arrested and charged for ten counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Sgt. Chris Widmer with Tucson Police tells KGUN9 that in November 2012, detectives from the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit developed information that a person in the Tucson area was sharing child pornography on the internet.
The investigation led detectives to a residence in the 1900 block of North Wilmot Road.
A search warrant was served at the residence in November of 2012, said Widmer.
During the service of the search warrant, detectives seized numerous computer related items. No arrest was immediately made, but the items were held for further investigation.
Forensic analysis revealed that the resident, 26-year old Matthew Leber, was responsible for the possession and sharing of the child pornography.
On November 21, Leber was arrested at his home and booked on ten counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
