Police make homicide arrest; others still outstanding

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Tenell Mure, 32, has been arrested for the death 34-year-old Marshall Davis on March 21.

Sgt. Chris Widmer with Tucson Police tells KGUN9 that on March 21, officers responded to reports of shots fired at an apartment complex located in the 3600 block of East 2nd Street.

When officers arrived on scene, they located Davis in the parking lot of the apartment complex with gunshot trauma.

He was pronounced deceased at the scene, said Widmer.

On March 25, detectives arrested Mure for his involvement in the incident.

Mure has been booked for one count of 1st degree murder, one count of drive-by shooting, and one count of tampering with evidence.

Detectives believe other suspects were involved and are still outstanding.
