TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - The Tucson Fire Department responded to a fire late Friday night, getting it under control in less than 10 minutes.

According to Capt. Barrett Baker with TFD, a couple of calls were made to 9-1-1 reporting a fire in the 3500 block of East Grant Road.

Crews arrived at an automotive repair shop where the fire had damaged the front door and exterior of the building. A quick response from the initial crew of four  prevented the fire from spreading to the interior of the building.

No one was in the building and no injuries to firefighters were reported.

The cause and origin of the fire are still under investigation.
