Bank robbed on northwest side

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - The Wells Fargo branch located at 3733 W. Cortaro Farms Road was robbed at about 11 a.m Saturday, July 19.

According to Deputy Chris Nanos with the Pima County Sheriff's Department the suspect entered the bank implying he had a weapon and gave a handwritten note to the teller. The suspect was given an unknown amount of money and was last seen running into a nearby neighborhood.

The suspect is described as a caucasian man in his late 30's to early 40's wearing a red hooded sweatshirt with "Wisconsin" on the front and dark colored pants. 

Anyone with information regarding this unit should call 911 or 88-CRIME.
