Charges dismissed for Ironwood Ridge teacher
TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - The Pima County Attorney's Office has dismissed the charges for an Ironwood Ridge High School teacher accused of having sex with a student.
Officials with the county attorney's office tell KGUN9 the charges were dismissed "following further review."
There is no word yet if the case might re-surface.
Police arrested Brush in May and charged him with sexual conduct with a minor.
Brush is a marketing teacher at the school, which is part of the Amphitheater School District.
