TUCSON (Arizona Athletics) -  Six players scored in double digits to fuel Arizona women’s basketball (10-5, 2-2) past Oregon (2-14, 0-4), 100-68 on Sunday afternoon at McKale Center.

Junior Alli Gloyd scored 17 points and grabbed nine rebounds, sophomore Layana White had 16 points, freshman Keyahndra Cannon posted 14 points, senior Davellyn Whyte and junior Carissa Crutchfield added 13 each and freshman Nyre Harris scored 10.

Crutchfield also dished out a career-high 11 assists for her first double-double of the season.

As a team, Arizona scored its highest point total of the season with 100 points, making it the first time the Wildcats reached 100 points since Dec. 31, 2010.

UA forced 26 Oregon turnovers and held the Ducks to only nine assists, while only committing 10 turnovers of its own.

“There was a ton of urgency coming into the game,” Arizona head coach Niya Butts said. “We know that we are capable of doing anything and we also know that anything can happen. You can start winning a couple games but then you can go on a three game losing streak. They know what we want to do as a team and in order for that to happen, we needed to protect home court.”

In the first half, Arizona shot 58 percent from the three-point line, including 4-of-4 from White. The Wildcats took an 8-7 lead, turned it into a 20-point lead and went into the locker rooms up, 55-34. White scored 14 points, while Gloyd scored 12 and grabbed seven rebounds.

Oregon fought back in the second half, but Arizona was able to maintain its lead and went on a 7-0 lead to stretch its lead to, 76-49. The Wildcats did not let up and finished the game, 100-68.

Jillian Alleyne led the Ducks with 18 points and 12 rebounds.

Arizona will hit the road again next weekend to take on Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah on Friday, Jan. 18 and Colorado in Boulder, Colo. on Sunday, Jan. 20.
