TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - A Tucson man has been charged with attempted homicide, first degree burglary, and domestic violence aggravated assault, authorities said.
The arrest warrant of Jose Raul Juarez-Orci, 26, was obtained as a result of a domestic violence incident that happened at approximately 2:10 a.m. on April 5 in the 2800 Block of East Calle Rabida.
Officers were told by a woman that she and her children had run into a neighbor’s house to call 9-1-1 after she was attacked by her estranged husband, police said.

Police arrived after Juarez-Orci had fled the scene and he was not found.
