On April 5, Lucía Paz Díaz-Ortiz was born while her mother, social media specialist Claire Diaz-Ortiz (@Claire) live-tweeted her entire 14-hour labor and childbirth.

Employed by Twitter, Claire Díaz-Ortiz runs the social media company's social innovation department. Through with more than two dozen tweets, Díaz-Ortiz digitally welcomed her 330,000 followers intimately into her delivery room.

From "Currently googling: Did my water just break? #labor" to "Baby girl born! Now, to bond. (Read: See 'ya in a bit, @twitter). #inlabor," Díaz-Ortiz "pushed" while she tweeted with barely any breaks in between.

Oh, and did we mention on the way to the hospital, Díaz-Ortiz's car broke down and she had to take a taxi? She kept tweeting through the entire adventure.
