Colder weather hits Kansas
It's certainly going to feel a lot more like winter tomorrow morning.
KWCH Storm Team 12 Meteorologist Merril Teller said Wichita's low temperature will be 21, but some parts of northern Kansas may get down to the teens tonight.
"Record lows for this time of year are mostly in the lower part of the teens. We aren't going to be setting any records, but it certainly is well below the norm," Teller said.
The typical low temperature for this time of year is around 37 degrees.
Teller said this is quite a different story than last year.
"We didn't have our first sub 20 reading last year until Nov. 27, so we are well ahead of that this year," he said.
Temperatures will get up to the 50s later this week, and possibly into the lower 60s by Sunday.
