Tulsa Police Caught Taking Donations for Darren Wilson
TULSA, Okla. (AP) The Tulsa police chief has ordered the department to remove a donation bucket that collected contributions for a Missouri officer authorities say fatally shot an unarmed man. The bucket was inside the department's Gilcrease Division and had a written note that asked for a dollar donation to help Officer Darren Wilson. Officials say Wilson shot Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri. Tulsa Police Chief Chuck Jordan says the bucket violated city policy on donations being solicited at work.
