HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. - A Tampa couple is facing federal charges after an alleged bank-robbing spree between two states, including Florida.
Authorities say one of those banks was in Fort Myers.
FBI agents arresting 28-year-old Immanuel Williams and his wife Carla this week.
The two are accused of robbing two banks in Alabama and 13 in Florida, including an Edison National Bank in Fort Myers this year, according to the Tampa Tribune.
The robberies taking place between December 2012 and October of this year.
The couple faces a maximum 20 years in prison if convicted.
