New details released in Bonita Springs home invasion

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. - New details emerged Friday on a Bonita Springs armed home invasion 4 In Your Corner first reported on Monday.

Three men held up a couple in the 23000 block of Tuscany Way late at night on July 20.

The victims awoke to find three Hispanic males standing at the side of their bed.  The male victim tried to fight two of the suspects and ended up getting shocked with a stun gun. 

The couple were forced to lie on the ground at gunpoint and tied up.

Among the $22,500 worth of cash and jewelry taken was a very distinct gold bracelet with Giraffe hair woven into it and a gold choker necklace with elephant hair.   A men’s Rolex watch and some additional jewelry was also taken.  Sample pictures of two items taken during the robbery are shown in this story.

The suspects are described as three Hispanic males, 5’6’’-5’9’’, about 175lbs, wearing masks and gloves. The suspects all spoke Spanish.
