BRANDON, MS  - A Mississippi martial arts instructor has been arrested in a case of poison-laced letters sent to a number of officials, including President Barack Obama.

Forty-one-year-old James Everett Dutschke was arrested at his home on Saturday.

He's charged in connection to the letters containing ricin sent to the President, an eighty-year-old Judge and Mississippi Senator Roger Wicker.

Earlier this month he pleaded not guilty in state court to two child molestation charges.

Dutschke is also appealing a conviction on a different charge of indecent exposure. A neighbor says he exposed himself to her child.

Dutschke is expected to appear in court Monday.

Originally investigators zeroed in on a rival of Dutschke, but later decided they had the wrong man.
