Charges expected in subway death

By Cassandra Foster. CREATED Dec 5, 2012

NEW YORK - New York City Police were out in force Tuesday, trying to track down the man believed to have been involved in a death on the Subway.
After an argument, it's believed he pushed 58 year old Ki Suck Han onto the subway tracks. Police say they have tracked down the man.
Detectives reviewing video surveillance from commercial establishments in the area spotted the suspect talking with street vendors.
Photos of the victim trying to escape the oncoming train have sparked outrage. Many are questioning why bystanders didn't do more more help.

Officials say the suspect made statements implicating himself in the killing, but police are withholding charges until a lineup can be conducted with witnesses.
